    Design Features
    Ergonomically Designed Controls
    The knobs and buttons of the P7100IP portables are designed to maximize ease of use, even when users are wearing gloves. The large push-to-talk (PTT) button, and talkgroup and volume knobs can be easily identified and operated by touch, avoiding the need to visually check the individual knobs. In addition, the talkgroup and volume knobs are specially shaped to minimize contact with items such as clothing and belt straps, thus reducing the risk of accidental switching. The central location of the recessed emergency button maintains accessibility in case of emergency while preventing accidental activation.
    Large Speaker
    The large 50-mm speaker is particularly useful in high-noise environments. Its high volume capabilities allow it to overcome background noise and emit clear sound. In addition, the speaker grille is designed to allow for rapid drainage should the radio become immersed in liquid. Finally, the grille design for the speaker and the microphone reduces the likelihood of puncture damage to the speaker or microphone because no direct line pathway through the grille exists.
    No-Slip Grips
    The unique pyramid texture of the no-slip grips on the P7100IP makes the radio easier to handle in wet conditions or when wearing gloves.
    Multifunctional Display
    The large 3-line alphanumeric liquid crystal display (LCD) supports system and group information, status icons, and menu operation. The display for the P7100IP also includes a battery “gas gauge.” A backlight illuminates the display and the keypad for low-light environments. In addition, a new LCD cover minimizes the risk of damage to the LCD and increases the clarity of the LCD.
    Durability Standards
    The P7100IP operates reliably even under the most adverse conditions. It meets the drop, temperature and pressure extremes, solar radiation, blowing rain, humidity, salt fog, blowing dust, vibration and immersion requirements stated in MIL-STD-810F, TIA/EIA-603 1-meter drop test, IP-67 dust and immersion requirements, as well as U.S. Forest Service vibration requirements. The P7100IP performed exceptionally well in the 1-meter drop and immersion tests.
    Weight
    The P7100IP is distinct in that it weighs only 21.3 ounces, 32% less than the Jaguar™ 700P and 16% less than the Motorola XTS 5000. In addition, an enhanced back plate improves the weight balance of the radio, making it more comfortable to wear.

    Buyers are welcome to come and inspect any item prior to purchase.
    Equipment Inspection
    Used equipment is just that, it is an assembly of aging components that has been cleaned, inspected, perhaps painted, and had required repairs performed to make the piece of equipment functional and reasonably attractive. All items are sold as pictured, if you do not see it in the pictures do not assume that it is included. Each piece has been cleaned for cosmetic appearance, further cleaning may need to been done before installation.
    Warranties
    All sales are sold "As-Is." If you call us to discuss an issue we may be able to help remedy the problem.
    Payment
    Payment is expected immediately (or within 72 hours if purchased via auction) unless other arrangements are made between buyer and Block20sales prior to placing bids or offers.
    Block20Sales accepts payments via PayPal, all major credit cards, and cash. Payments can also be made by mail with a check; there will be a minimum of 5 business days waiting period for clearing on all checks.
    Items will only be shipped upon confirmation of funds.

    Returns & Refunds
    If you are not happy with your purchase and we are unable to make things right, then we will accept a return under specific conditions. If returns are necessary, buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on returns other than Item not as described or as specified on listing.
    The buyer can refuse to accept the shipment, if they believe item is "NOT AS DESCRIBED" or damaged in shipping.
    We cannot accept returns, after the item is accepted, taken off the pallet or installed.

    Freight Shipping: Inspection & Damages
    Every freight shipment is insured. But in order to collect the insurance on damaged goods the receiver Legally, when Block20Sales signs the shipment over to the freight company, the freight company owns it. When you receive the item and sign for it, you own it. Therefore it is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage. We specifically include a large shipping sticker that asks the buyer to examine the freight before accepting it.

    If there is any damage at all you must note the damage on the freight bill. This is the only way you will be compensated for the damage.
    If there is damage, you have two options:
    1. You can note damage on the freight bill and accept the item anyway
    2. You can refuse the shipment.
    99% of freight damage is cosmetic. If you sign the freight bill damaged then the freight company may replace your item, approve reimbursement for parts and repair, or provide compensation depending on the damage to your item. This is often the best option if you need to get your item operational and the damage is cosmetic. If you refuse the shipment it will be returned to us. This is usually the best option if your shipment is damaged beyond repair. If you accept your shipment in a damaged state it is very important that you call the freight company immediately to schedule an inspection and file the freight claim, you should take good pictures from different angles of the item and the packaging, and you should save all packaging material.
    Freight companies are able to deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "Damaged" on the bill of lading. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it.
    For freight deliveries: A driver is obligated to wait. If he or she tries to rush you or you are in any way unhappy with the delivery, ask to speak to his or her dispatcher.
