I can combine shipping on some antennas. Overall length end to end is 63 7/8". The spring and whip is 60 1/4". This lowband antenna was used in the 39-46 MHZ range. If you want to replace the antennas that were removed from your x police car or need a great antenna in this frequency range this will do the trick.
