Units may need to be cleaned and may have stickers/marking from prior use
Units may have passwords on them and will need to be programmed to meet your needs
The passwords on the units are PC TUNE. The passwords on the units are PC TUNE.
If that doesn't work you need to download PC Tune and it has an option in the menu to remove the password.
