If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, Please fill out an RMA request to have your order returned within 30 days from receiving the shipment. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned, please provide in the RMA notes section of your RMA request. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.
Leather goods are only eligible for return within 10 days of receipt. Any requests that come through after that may be denied.
Suppliers may decide to issue replacements if requested, per their discretion. If replacement is requested and denied, you will need to return for a credit and then place a new order. Please do not place a new order for replacement until confirmed.
Please note that if the package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, the credit will be minus original shipping, return fees, and restocking.

Lifetime/Limited Lifetime Warranty - If within first 30 days, submit an RMA request and provide all details of damage/defect. Normal return policy applies. After first 30 days, warranty kicks in for products that include the Lifetime or Limited Lifetime warranty. Reseller will contact Doba's support team and provide all the details of defect, provide photos if possible. Warranty basically covers everything except handles and knobs, and abuse or misuse by the customer. Claim will be submitted to the supplier and supplier will determine how to handle on a case-by-case basis. Most issues will be resolved by parts being issued to the end buyer, a replacement of the item, replacement with a similar item (if the item is no longer available), or a credit (if the item is no longer available and a similar item is not available). All determined by the supplier.
Note: Credit/replacement will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
