Heavy stretch black base with royal blue sparkle overlay on sleeves, front back areas
tons of stone in clear and blue place in focal points with unique high shine back piece
white pearls trims and rows and blue pearls
collar design is large stones to bring blue up to collar area
black has stretch on sides for comfort stretch
all interfaced to give support
lots of hours stitching designs down and blue rhinestones.
Bust---  36 will best fit  can be take in but also there is a good inch of stretch if need larger
Back length --25 down back longer style jacket
Sleeves --25
